Welcome to sessions-management. These terms govern your use of the application, which is designed to automate email notifications for robotics team sessions using the Google Calendar API, the People API and Gmail API. By using this service, you agree to comply with these terms.

sessions-management is a private tool used to automate email notifications for scheduled robotics team sessions. The app uses OAuth2 for authentication and integrates with Google services to perform specific functions such as sending emails on behalf of the user.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of sessions-management complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies of your Google account. You agree to use the app solely for its intended purpose and refrain from:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or misuse the application.

• Exploiting any part of the application for unauthorized access to Google services or any other systems.

4. Privacy and Data Use

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the app, and all associated data (e.g., OAuth tokens) will be rendered inaccessible.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States/NY, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
